She specializes in guiding clients through complex, multi-step journeys, creating simple systems that keep teams aligned, and turning messy workflows into clear, repeatable steps. Whether coordinating a project, supporting customers, or building standard operating procedures (SOPs), Robin is known for her empathy, reliability, and follow-through.
Her career highlights include:
Building and rolling out SOPs and quality checks that improved efficiency and reduced rework.
Guiding dozens of real estate clients through the end-to-end process with clear updates and fast issue resolution
Managing budgets and vendor relationships while finding cost savings and improving customer experience.
Designing structured lesson plans and training materials that helped learners succeed.
Robin thrives in remote, flexible, part-time roles where outcomes are clear, collaboration is respectful, and processes support balance and reliability. She’s open to both Client Success/Support and Operations/Program Coordination roles and is always eager to learn new tools to deliver results.
